Halloween Festivities 2011

What a fun holiday with family and friends! The kids had way too much candy. Ethan was Harry Potter again and Ingrid was a 50's girl and Racquel a cute little witch, Daniel was a scary clown and I had fun as Nicki Minaj, Ugly Betty and even squoose (is that a word??) myself into my high school cheerleading uniform...I doubt I'll fit into that in another 15 years.

Lately...

We're getting back to a routine, which is nice. Miss Ingrid is happy to be in preschool and Ethan is in 1st grade in the Chinese immersion program. So I get to spend some quality time with Racquel. Soccer season has started and Ethan is loving it. Ingrid really wants to play...we're holding off cause she's a terrible loser...no, really she hates to lose (maybe next year when she learns to "play nice"). Daniel finally gave in to me painting our front door red...He loves it. When will he ever learn I'm ALWAYS right. He has also taken up paragliding which is pretty awesome.

summer

We had a good summer. Daniel is super busy at work so we did a lot of over night camping close to home. We had fun with friends and family. We had family from out of town come in for my brothers' wedding, Grandma and Grandpa Tea moved back from Bangkok, and we had some cousins move here form the Islands. Ingrid learned to ride her bike without trainings wheels so she enjoyed roaming the hood with her peeps. Anyway, our summer in a nut shell.
